I promise, Google doesn't pay me to write these. Although maybe I should look into it.
If you collaborate on many documents with others (or any documents, really) or use several different computers, check out Google Docs. A single file is stored online, and multiple users can access and edit it at the same time. No more emailing multiple files back and forth or carrying around (and losing) thumb drives.
Collaborating on documents with Google Docs just got a lot easier with the release of Google Cloud Connect for Microsoft Office. Users can edit and share collaborative documents right from Office. Or if you travel a lot, you can easily edit files without having carry those files around with you on a thumb drive or other device. Again, check out the video.
