Looking to set up an untraceable shell corporation?

You'll want to base it in either Nevada or Wyoming. These two states have no corporate income tax and have very relaxed rules for disclosure. Apparently a consultant Sarah Palin is using has done just that. Why? I'm not really sure, and neither is Mother Jones.
