You love your parents dearly. Your mom carried you around in her stomach for nine months while your dad made endless trips to the store for Rocky Road ice cream. They've raised you up from a fleshy shit machine to a reasonably respectable human being. But let's face it, teaching them how to use computers and other technology can drive you absolutely insane. A few good folks at Google have devised a way to make teaching your parents much, much easier, and provided my first official Daily Knowledge.
Teach Parents Tech is a fun, simple way to teach your parents (and other technically challenged folks) how to complete some basic, and some not so basic, tasks on a computer. Topics range from how to send an email to how to find stock quotes to editing and sending photos. Select which topics you want your parent to learn, click a few humorous boxes, and Teach Parents Tech will send the recipient a fun message with an instructional YouTube video on the selected task. Try it out, you'll almost certainly find it useful and fun.
